Knöpflesuppe (meatball soup), Black Forest Schäufele (smoked shoulder of pork) and potato salad, fillet of trout, sour Nierle (kidney), fillet of zander with mushrooms, pan-seared steak tips. Well? Has all that made your mouth water? Then head to the Blume country inn in Lichtenau-Scherzheim.

A dedicated team of three chefs, whose head chef is a trained butcher, presents to you, our guests, regional Baden cuisine at its best. Choose your favorite dish from our extensive menu of beef, pork, veal or fowl; enjoy a light or sumptuous salad or one of our toasted sandwiches.

Is one dish enough?  No problem! A child’s dish, a menu for two people, a family dinner for 30 people? Anything goes! In our cozy restaurant or in one of the nearby rooms there is enough space for up to 180 guests, and the conference room can seat 80 people. Choose from our menu or simply put forward your own menu suggestions. We look forward to your visit!

  • Rest day: Wednesday & Thursday
  • Saturday, Sunday and public holidays from 11:30 a.m. to 2:12 p.m. an from 5:45 p.m. to 9:00 pm
